Everyday Meals: Cod with Green Beans with Flaxseeds and Sesame

It is nice to have several go-to dishes that take only a few minutes to make, but has great nutritional value. This recipe is from my cookbook, and you can whip this up in 7-10 minutes, serve it with brown rice, yams or quinoa. You can use any kind of fish, and change up the greens for kale, broccoli or other greens with the flax-sesame seasoning. I always use the leftover green beans for the bento lunch boxes – they taste even better the next day with deeper flavors.
